The grade varies from country to country but as a general guide at least 70% average
from your final high school results.
Do I need to complete
an English test before I apply?
No. If your academic results meet the entry requirement and
your application is successful you will be made a conditional
offer. You will then need to satisfy the English
language requirement.

Resident/Australian citizen, can I study at UNSW Foundation Year?
Usually twice a year, March and July. UNSW Foundation Year programs
lead to both of these intakes. It is possible to join some university
programs mid-year?
What other university
courses are available if I do UNSW Foundation Year?
Classes are held Monday to Friday and these usually comprise 24 hours each week.
Students are expected to study for a further 20 hours each week in their own time.
Where is UNSW Foundation
Year?
UNSW Foundation Year is based in a modern building near the main University entrance
and classes are taught in varying locations all over the University campus. UNSW
is conveniently located at Kensington, an inner south-eastern suburb approximately
20 minutes by bus from the central business district of Sydney.
